Today I learnt about the traditional art of ikebana at the Chester Beatty Library. Thanks to the Ireland Japan Association for organising. It was fascinating to watch 5 different floral displays being made, all beautiful. Our instructor told us you are not meant to talk when making the display, a truly meditative experience.

Tea-time!
Today I learnt that even plants like tea – nettle tea, comfrey tea, seaweed extract. I wonder if they like mint tea too?
